Terms of Service

The service

Organize Signups lets you create, share, and manage signup sheets. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You may not share your account or use it to do anything illegal or harmful to others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use Organize Signups for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the service to collect data you aren't authorized to collect
• Spam or harass participants
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use it in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

Payments

We offer two paid options: a per-event fee ($7) and a monthly organizer subscription ($12/month). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not trigger a refund for the current period.

Your content

You own the signup sheets and data you create. By using the service, you grant us the right to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for any other purpose.

Participant data

When you share a signup link, participants may submit their name and email. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate reason to collect that information and for handling it appropriately. Don't collect more than you need.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee the service will always be available. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or data loss. Back up anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Organize Signups is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will email registered users before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
